Exporting Raw Events

Export the raw events that power the GetSocial Analytics if you want to make a deeper analysis or integrate with other analytics services.

The export option is available inside Data Export → CSV Export in the GetSocial Dashboard.

Format

The data will be exported as CSV files, gzip compressed with a maximum size of 500 MB per file.
One single export can generate multiple files.

Limitations

  • Exported files will be available for 30 days
  • The maximum range to export is 1 month

App Session Started

Generated every time the app is opened and the GetSocial SDK is initialized.

It doesn’t include any additional properties.

App Session Ended

Generated every time the app is closed.

Android and iOS limit the processing time after the app is closed, and therefore sometimes is not possible to send this event right away, in these cases, the event is queued and sending is retried the next time the app is opened.

Invite Created

Generated when the app requests the GetSocial SDK to create a new Smart Invite Link to be sent through a specific channel or when a Smart Link is created through the GetSocial Dashboard.

Friend Added

Generated when a new friend relation is added to the Social Graph.

Property Description
source Origin of the relation:
  • smart-invites: if was added as a result of a successful Smart Invite.
  • add-identity: if was added as a result of setting a user’s identity (ie. facebook) and the user’s friends were imported.
  • SDK: if it was manually added by the app.
type Trigger for adding the relation:
  • manual: if the relation was manually added by the app
  • auto: if the relation was added automatically by GetSocial
